An easy five minute stroll from the Summer House will access the shore of New London Bay, a lovely walking area very safe for children. Walk to three restaurants or treat yourself in the newly renovated kitchen with a gourmet meal or casual outdoor barbeque. The decks invite you to gaze and relax in any type of weather.

Facilities

Three bedrooms, each with beautifully finished ensuites.  All linens, towels, etc. provided. The Master bedroom has a full king sized bed, an ensuite with two-person air-jet bath situated for a panoramic view, beautiful hardwood and ceramic floors and large walk-out upper balcony. Phone and TV also in Master.
Second and third bedrooms have queen sized accommodations with gleaming ensuites, scenic views.

The spacious double living room has expansive vistas, generous seating, sofa-bed, work desk area, TV/DVD, phone, and doors which open onto the large wrap-around deck. A handsome propane fireplace provides a  focal point and cozy evening warmth at the flick of a switch.

The redesigned kitchen features comfortable cork flooring, expandable table, fully-stocked hutch. Dishwasher and microwave complete the modern kitchen appliances set in old world charm. Deck is equipped with gourmet barbeque, lounge chairs,etc. 
Washer, dryer, iron and board, supply cupbaords in laundry room adjoining side entrance. Half bath downstairs off hallway.  Amenities include TV/DVD entertainment system; highspeed wireless internet; playground equipment. National Park pass included, plus indoor and outdoor activities. Baby equipment available upon request.

Rates for this Room

Peak season $2500 a week (six person occupancy, all taxes included). Peak season rates apply from approximately mid June to mid September. Terrific discounts of up to 40% are available during the shoulder seasons.  A 20% deposit will hold your reservation.
