Reservation

Peak season is approximately mid June to mid September. Terrific discounts of up to 40% are available during shoulder seasons, an attractive option for those who wish to extend their golfing and/or holiday time. Book on-line or by phone. A deposit of 20% will ensure that your reservation is held.

Cancellation

We provide full refund of your accommodation deposit if the reservation is cancelled more than 120 days in advance of your check-in date. We refund 50% of your deposit if the reservation is cancelled up to 30 days in advance. There is no deposit refund if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days in advance. If the reservation is cancelled within two weeks of the check-in date, you will be charged one half of the full reservation cost

Check-in & Check-out times and Policies

Arrival - 4:00 pm; Departure - 10:00 am.

Early arrivals and later departures may sometimes be accommodated. Please inquire.

No Show

Your credit card will be billed for the full amount of your reservation.

Smoking

All properties are non-smoking.

Children

Welcome! Cribs, high chairs, and baby gates available upon request. Playground equipment on our property includes a swing, slide, and climbing apparatus. Each cottage has large, safe green areas suitable for children. Each\ is equipped with at least four outdoor activities as well as reading materials, cards, games, and other indoor activities for both children and adults.

Pets

Well-mannered, controlled and supervised pets are permitted upon request at Rivage, Beach House, the Chalet, and Dayspring Cottage and Highbank Cottage. A $35 fee will be charged for cleaning costs due to shedding dogs.

Other

Cottages include everything needed for a week's stay: All linens, towels, barbeques and propane, kitchen/bathroom supplies, etc. Regular mid-week towel refreshing; linen change on Saturdays.

PLEASE NOTE: DUNESCAPE COTTAGES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPLY AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING REQUIREMENTS.
